TMR Wellness Run Brings the Community Together for Health and Fitness
On Saturday, 4th July 2026, TMR International Hospital once again brought together staff, patients, families, and members of the community for the TMR Wellness Run, a morning dedicated to promoting healthy living, physical activity, and community wellness.
The day began with participants gathering at TMR International Hospital, where
excitement and energy filled the atmosphere as runners and walkers prepared for
the event. At 6:30 a.m.,
the participants set off, with options to either take part in the wellness run or enjoy a leisurely walk, making the event
inclusive for people of all ages and fitness levels.
After completing the run and walk, participants came together for an engaging aerobics session, which added fun, music, and movement to the morning while helping everyone stretch, relax, and stay active. The event concluded with a healthy breakfast, providing an opportunity for participants to recharge, socialize, and celebrate a successful morning of wellness.
